“Our Lunar New Year Party was a great success! Hon. George Heyman, MLA and Coucillor Michael Wiebe of the City of Vancouver came to support as well. Everyone enjoyed our games and food with a Lunar New Year theme this time. There were performers from young to old – a children’s catwalk to show off their Lunar New Year fashion and our seniors ukulele team performing Lunar New Year classics! In our gospel theme room, many were inspired by learning about Lunar New Year traditions and how they tell about our need for God. Check out some pictures below.
